Portfolio — Communication

Editorial systems, launches, audiences —running without me.

I build the communications around a project: what it says, where, and the system that keeps it saying it after launch. Newsletters, launches, campaigns, festival and institutional communications.

Who this is for

  1. 01

    Brand and communications teams

The channel depends on one person's week. I build the editorial system, the rubrics and the calendar the team keeps running after I leave.

  2. 02

    Agencies

The launch layer has to keep working after the campaign closes. I set it up so it does.

  3. 03

    Independent founders and authors

You are doing the work, the publishing and the audience at once. I build the part that can run without you.

What I can do for you

  1. 01

Say what it is and launch it

Turn an idea into a position, a message and a launch plan, with the materials people need to enter the work.

Positioning · Messaging · Launch plan · Landing copy · Press kit · Customer journey maps

  2. 02

Set up the newsletter and content rhythm

Rubrics, calendar, roles and approvals, set up so your team keeps it running after I leave.

Newsletters · Editorial calendar · Rubrics · Social · AI workflows

  3. 03

    Get more clients and readers

Paid and organic acquisition run as tests: who you speak to, what gets said, what converts, and what changes next round.

Paid acquisition · Funnel tests · Landing pages · UTM & reporting · Audience growth

What this covers

  1. 01

    Editorial Systems

Newsletters and publishing rhythms set up as a routine — rubrics, calendar, roles, approval points — so output stops depending on one person's attention. I built The Pipeline like that.

  2. 02

    Launch Communications

Positioning and launch structure for a product, programme or festival: what's said first, to whom, in what order. I took Greenau Pots into the B2B design market with it.

  3. 03

    Campaigns

Campaign communications on the client and agency side: mechanics, partners, timelines, approvals, budget and the reporting after. Burger King OREVO was national scale.

  4. 04

    Institutional Communications

Theatres, festivals and cultural organisations: positioning, editorial voice, programme communications and press. Six editions of the Moscow Jewish Film Festival, and Electrotheatre Stanislavsky before that.

  5. 05

    Performance & Acquisition

Paid acquisition as a test loop: segments, message hypotheses, creative, landing copy, UTM structure, and the read that sets the next round. I ran it on Clariozo, Greenau Pots and six MJFF campaigns.

How I work here

The calendar gets written before anything is published.

I start from what has to go out, how often, and who owns it after I leave. Rubrics, calendar and roles get written before anything is published — that is what decides whether the rhythm survives a busy month.

Publishing regularly, and it keeps falling on one person?

Write to me about your project. I'll come back with a way to do it, or with questions if something's unclear.
