World Cannabis Tour
An independent location-based documentary audio project about cannabis history, policy and culture.
Overview
The format uses real locations to show the institutions and businesses through which legal and cultural change actually happens.
Each of the six Prague stops starts with what you can see in front of you, moves into researched context, marks where sources conflict, and hands you to the next place.
The route follows the quieter infrastructure behind legalisation: a medical-cannabis institute, a hemp retailer, a long-running growshop, a bar tied to hemp beer, a civic association, and the state drug-control administration. A fictional journalist, Vera, walks you through it.
My Role
I made it end to end — editorial concept, research, route, narrator voice, scripts, product and build. It's my own project, not a commission.
Result
The Prague route works end to end: research, script, narrator, web product and a walk you can actually take.
How it was built
- A documentary audio format about cannabis history, policy and civic institutions had to be produced end to end by one person, without a production company behind it.
- Built AI-native from the start: research, route architecture, scripting, narrator voice, audio production and the web product itself run through AI-assisted workflows, with editorial review standing between each stage and the next.
- Creator and producer, end to end — editorial concept, research, route architecture, scripting, product logic, technical implementation and delivery.
- A retained six-stop Prague route is built and runs in a browser with audio.
