Privacy policy
What this site collects and why. In short: no analytics, no tracking, no cookies of its own.
Who is responsible
Anna Gorodetskaya, Berlin, Germany.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel's servers process the technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Vercel may process this data in the USA. The transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Vercel's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this site's own server.
Session storage
When you open a project from the home page, your browser remembers which card you opened, so you land back on it when you return. This is kept in your browser's session storage, is never sent anywhere, and disappears when you close the tab.
Embedded videos
Some project pages embed videos from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When such a page loads, or when you open such a project on the home page, your browser connects to YouTube. YouTube receives at least your IP address and the page you came from, and Google may set cookies and process the data in the USA.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — showing the work in the form it was published.
Contact
If you write to me by email or on Telegram, I use your message and contact details only to reply and to discuss your project (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Telegram's own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.
Links to other sites
Links to project sites and to Instagram transfer data only when you click them. From then on, that site's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask what data about you I hold, have it corrected, deleted or restricted, object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to the email above. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Berlin that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
